As of now I have a 2.88 GPA

I want to know what colleges four year colleges I can apply to? My number one is penn state. I think by the time I transfer, my gpa will be much higher If any parent had a son who transfer to a school with the same GPA, please comment. I hope to rise my gpa to 3.10 . Thanks
