Im.new to this but I have questions. This will be my last high school year. I am really stressed out to pick a College and actually getting in I have a list of where I want to go I believe that I am aiming too high but I am willing to take a risk those Colleges are all out of state.
1. Is it really as expensive as I've been told
2. Does it matter to go to a prestigious school as in will you get more recognition.
And lastly I am really worried about my SAT and ACT scores. I took the new SAT in March and got a 1010. And fot the ACT i got a 20 in both of those cases I excelled in reading and writing but math was were I need most help. I am doing Khan academy but it just doesn't seem to work I also have both certified books that are supposed to help you and for the reading it does a lot but for math it just confuses me. Should I get a tutor the charges 60 the hour or contact my math teacher that will help me raise my scores. (She was accepted into uf only because her math scores were higher than others).
I guess that is what I am really worried about is being accepted into those Colleges and my SAT and ACT scores.
Any advice??
