I know I need to apply this semester but I don't know if I need to get a letter of recommendation ? a letter as to why I should be accepted into that college ? if it's soley based on my GPA and my transcript then I doubt any school will accept me. I've spent years at a community college and my GPA is currently a 2.7. However, I think I have a very good case as to why that happened and why I am improving. Should I let them know that when I apply ?
